Various roles including, but not limited to:

Controller-manages and participates in accounting functions to achieve an accurate financial statement
Office Manager-responsible for daily supervision and additional projects
Car Deal “Biller”-responsible for posting the car deal sales into the general ledger
Title Clerk-prepares dealer paperwork for the DMVs
Accounts Payable-posting of incoming invoices and subsequent payment
Accounts Receivable-cash deposits and reconciliation
General Accountant-responsible for reconciliations and accounting entries

“Plant”

experience with Auto Dealerships a plus, but not required
accounting knowledge preferred
strong sense of urgency and follow-through
desire to learn and grow
ability to identify, review and investigate problems

“Tend”

strong attention to detail
possess good time management skills
must possess a strong work ethic
firm understanding of deadline accountability
juggling

“Harvest”

Compensation will be fair and commensurate with experience,

ranging from $20/hour-$38/hour
