Job Description
Lead requirement discussions to document, analyze and translate functional and non-functional business requirements
into project specifications, business process diagrams, and workflows
Work with client Product Owners and other stakeholders to develop and validate user stories and priorities
Develop UI mockups using tools such as Balsamiq
Maintain requirements traceability and document change requests
Participate in Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Scrum Meetings and other agile activities
Create or update project deliverables, artifacts and technical specifications in accordance with client requirements
Work closely wih Architects, Developers, and PMs to define testing strategies
Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures
Assist the team with troubleshooting problems and developing recommendations/solutions
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years business analysis experience in a structured software development environment
Minimum of 2 years quality assurance tester experience in a structured software development environment
Minimum of 2 years Agile software development experience
Excellent understanding of the software development life cycle
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to understand and document technical IT requirements
Ability to understand and test technical IT requirements
Experience with Enterprise Data Warehouse, ETL, and Business Objects
