job description : The Overview
Loudbird Cannabis, a craft indoor cultivation facility, is in search of three more hard working and committed individuals to join our team. Loudbird is a year old and growing at a healthy pace of which the current team is in need of support. There are very limited spaces available making the hiring process very competitive.
The Opportunity
The Packagers will be working in the Post Production department. They will be required to support the team in packaging Loudbird Branded flower, White Label flower, and PRe-Rolls. These members will be working immediately with the Post Production Manager.
The Requirements

At least 6 months of experience
Ensuring reliability in regards to arriving to work on time and working scheduled shifts
Efficient time management skills
Maintaining cleanliness throughout work shift
Ensuring adherence to operational guidelines and standards
Maintaining compliance with all safety, security, and Local/State regulations at all times
Having the ability to keep a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or stress
Must have great people skills
Complete assigned tasks in a timely fashion and report to management on status of work
