Compensation: Pursuant to Colorado regulations, if this job is performed in Colorado, the salary range is $19.23. – $24.04/hour (Non exempt, Bi-weekly pay)

Are you the Copywriter we’re looking for?
Our Copywriter works on a variety of written materials with direction from our internal team and external clients in our Creative Department to produce a variety of products that suit each unique client audience and help tell a comprehensive brand story.
This position is responsible for:

Creating different copy projects—ensuring they’re innovative, original, and accurate—including brand messaging, names, taglines, blogging, and website copy that represent client vision and follow key writing principles.
Working with our Accounts team to develop cohesive copy and messaging for all collateral in a complete marketing package.
Ensuring timely, detail-oriented written materials on a variety of high-quality assets across various channels.

We’re looking for someone who has:

An understanding of writing concepts including grammar, punctuation, voice, and tone with the ability to implement from vision to final product across print and digital channels.
A great work ethic with the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger direction. They are disciplined to meet deadlines and stay organized, and they receive thoughtful, constructive feedback to achieve results.
A strong attention to detail and a commitment to the highest-quality Copy products.
A client-centric mindset. We need someone who can take a positive approach to problem-solving while balancing multiple projects.
The ability to be adaptive and flexible so they can function effectively in a high-growth environment.

We’ll train you on:

Researching and strategizing demographics, locations, and client needs to decide direction and vision.
Incorporating storytelling into a variety of platforms by connecting with our other teams and their products.
SEO optimization and implementation into a variety of digital marketing materials.

Qualifications we’re looking for:

A knockout portfolio that demonstrates your unique skills and abilities.
A proven ability to incorporate strategy into the written word and to translate strategy into action across multiple marketing platforms.
A desire to receive constructive criticism to ultimately improve the end result and grow as a Copywriter.
