We are searching for 6 inbound customer service representatives who will cover 24 hours a day, 7 days a week shifts to assist with answering inbound emails, phone calls, and texts to Trademarkia.You will primarily use Hubspot, and all metrics for chats and emails. Call pick-ups, emails, and chats will be tracked.You must have exceptional written and verbal skills to qualify for this position. You must be organized, responsible, and diligent.The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues.
