E Source has an opening for an engagement director to oversee account strategy and deliver an exceptional customer experience for E Source clients. To be successful in this role, you’ll be a natural customer advocate and be able to seamlessly maximize the value of purchased services while uncovering new opportunities for our customers. You’ll focus on managing accounts, developing and implementing an engagement strategy, and facilitating retention and growth in dollars spent on E Source offerings.
You’ll report to the vice president of Sales Support and Engagement within the sales organization. You may need to travel up to 30% of your work time to engage with members at their locations in the central US and Canada and at industry conferences.
*How you’ll contribute to our mission*

Be the primary point of contact for our customers, acting as a concierge for all of E Sources offerings
Management of renewals for subscription memberships
Assist in developing strategy for member retention and growth
Develop an ongoing engagement and sales support strategy that includes leading onboarding and training sessions, having a larger/strategic presence in customer syncs, preparing quarterly progress reports and holding check-ins, leveraging our experts for specialized remote and in-person presentations, and aligning efforts across teams at E Source
Monitor account and service health and develop plans to save at-risk accounts
Identify cross-selling opportunities that align customer, policy, and regulatory needs in order to boost customer satisfaction and grow the account
Attend and speak at conferences as necessary to build the E Source brand, engage customers, and meet prospective customers

*What will make you a good fit*

At least 3-5 years of account management or customer success management required; utility experience is highly preferred

The budgeted salary for this position is* $70,000-$80,000 + commission-based bonus structure*. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
This person can work remote, a hybrid schedule, or from one of our physical office locations.
