Alviere is at the forefront of the latest generation of emerging financial technology companies who are redefining the way the world stores, uses and moves money.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Responsible for customer relationships with multiple clients from launch date through the first 180 days of the relationship
Familiar with marketing, product, IT, sales, and general management tactics
Work cross functionally with internal teams and client teams to ensure business success
Ensures great client relationship transition from implementation team pre launch to customer success
Develops GTM plan that fit each clients needs, works closely with the clients to execute on those plans
Assist client in developing a 180-360 day plan and roadmap for clients

A successful Customer Success Manager will have the following:

Strong and demonstrated client-facing skills; able to clearly communicate and influence clients and business partners over the phone/virtually
Ability to grow relationships and develop new revenue opportunities
Experience building and executing go to market strategies, including exposure to product, marketing, sales, and finance expos
Experience being accountable to business metrics on a weekly/monthly/yearly basis
Effective communication with client and internal business partners, verbally and in written form
Ability to prioritize and manage a portfolio of clients

Compensation: Base Salary – $100,000.00 – $125,000.00Company BonusEquity
