We are a invoicing and payments software company. We are growing fast and need a dedicated person to help users with their product related queries. The work involves talking to users over chat, email and phone calls.
You will have to learn about all the features of the product and be able to answer to queries independently.
Create any support documents required to be shared with clients.
Requirements
We are looking for a young executive to join our team and grow to become a lead.
Atleast 1 yr of work expirience.
Strong language skills. English (Written and Verbal) and Hindi (Verbal).
Ability to learn fast.
Ability to type fast and talk on the phone.
Gender and Educational qualification does not matter.
