Responsibilities:
Deliver timely, accurate and professional service to all the customers
Maintain established standards for customer service, and resolving complex issues
Providing help and advice to customers using your organization’s products or services
Communicating courteously with customers by email or Chat.
Handling customer complaints or any major incidents, Investigating and solving customer’s problems.
Handling the backend of the business which includes Order processing, Order cancellations, creating cases, managing different website portals etc.
And other duties as defined.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
Preferred experience in Customer Service (International process)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
Effective problem solving skills including decision making, time management and immediate prioritization of tasks as assigned
Ability to approach problems logically and rationally
Action oriented, organized and self-disciplined
