Reports to Team Leader
Required Skills
Must be absolutely fluent in troubleshooting, installing and operating any kind of web and mobile applications
Pleasant communication over phone, email, and chat, ability to explain complex concepts
Ability to handle a large number of phone calls and multitask between a multitude of assigned tasks
Ability to maintain composure, focus, and accuracy in a hectic environment
Ability to maintain pace with a fast-evolving technology environment, in terms of knowledge and operational fluency
Excellent communication
Interacting in a friendly and professional manner with customers.
Must be a Graduate (full time)
Ability to work with computers and understand
Goal and target oriented
Excellent skills in communication and presentation
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
Willing to travel
Should have good communication skills Verbal & Written
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Google sheets, etc.
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

Key Responsibilities
Learn and operate multiple web-based and mobile applications to render required services to clients
Deliver technical support to clients, end-users and team members
Troubleshoot problems in web browsers and mobile environments
Maintain communication with clients and team members as per instructions over phone, email, and chat
Achieve desired response turnaround time and customer satisfaction levels for assigned tickets
Pass on sales references / fresh orders to team lead for further processing
Managing existing clients & Inactive clients
Collection of necessary documents from clients
Calling clients and ensuring product sales as well as delivery to client
The goal is to formulate strong relationships to ensure growth
Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc. and generate leads
Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution.
Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it on the field
Fulfill all company-established policy obligations
Attend meetings, seminars and programs to learn about new products and services, learn new skills, and receive technical assistance in developing new accounts
Use financial acumen and investment expertise to review a client’s profile and develop a plan for helping the client to reach his short term and long- term investment goals
Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Employment Terms
