Charles Schwab’s TD Ameritrade Integration Management Office (IMO) is responsible for our integration strategy, priorities and vision. The Director role is charged with delivering thoughtful, insightful, high impact contributions across a range of “high-stakes” strategic deliverables for the integration. You’ll work in a high-performing team with former top-tier consultants and industry veterans. You’ll create partnerships across all levels of the firm, including day-to-day interactions with senior leaders

What you are good at

Drive cross-functional workstreams to maximize outcomes and minimize risk; managing workplans, facilitating meetings, and ensuring actions are completed in a timely basis
Provide Executive Leadership fact-based insights into key decisions critical to both integration success and the future of Schwab, including the creation of executive-level PowerPoint presentations and using excel and data visualization tools for analytics
Partner and build consensus across a variety stakeholders, leveraging strong relationship-building skills
Apply strong business judgement and critical thinking in identifying opportunities for improvement, and then develop and implement solutions
Help guide people through uncertainty; manage multiple and potentially conflicting priorities; identify and manage complex dependencies

What you have

7+ years or work experience, experience in Strategy or Finance preferred
A familiarity of Broker-Dealers or wealth managers; knowledge across business functions
Bachelor’s degree required (MBA a plus)
Superior analytical skills, creativity in problem solving, and attention to detail
Ability to translate insights into concise, executive-level presentations using PowerPoint
Strong and demonstrated teaming skills, especially in cross-functional teams
Comfort in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
Strong sense of urgency and proactiveness

Colorado Compensation

Target Total Compensation – $126,500 – $278,3000
