As a Forklift Operator, you will perform a variety of tasks within our warehouse including loading trucks, unloading trucks, case picking product, and staging finished product being released from our packing area.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Stacking unit loads by UPC throughout the warehouse
Understand and operate all computer-based warehouse transactions correctly
Troubleshoot load integrity and handling issues. Repair damaged unit loads and follow the warehouse sanitation policy
Load or unloading trailers while being aware of weight, size, UPC, location, and trailer type
Unloading railcar according to product, type of railcar, quantity, and customer specifications
Replenish storage locations with unit loads from floor storage and pre-plan case pick to optimize product location, weight, and quantity
Case pick product according to customer specifications, layering guidelines, product location, and product quantity
Hand wrap, label, and pre-stage orders
Operate warehouse sweeper and warehouse scrubber

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum):

1+ years’ experience operating a forklift or heavy machinery in a manufacturing, distribution, logistics, military, or related environment. RF scan gun and slip sheet experience preferred.

This position has a starting salary of $25.00 an hour.
