Your next opportunity: Human Resources Specialist
Human Resources Specialist – Your Opportunity
You will work on a combination of human resources (HR) duties to support the human resources department, including:

Assist with new hire onboarding, using HRIS system (JAZZ) and communicating with PEO company
Assist with human resources duties including memos to file, business procedures, policies, and guidelines
Using ATS system to schedule candidate recruitment items including prescreens, candidate follow ups, preparing and sending candidate documents including offer letters
Serving as back up to Office Admin when needed, with items including scheduling executive calendars, setting up zoom meetings and calendar management and coordination

Human Resources Specialist – What You’ll Need (Required Skills, Experience & Personality Fit)

Foundational experience in human resources – you have worked in an HR department and had exposure to HRIS systems, onboarding and recruitment and human resources compliance
Ability to flourish in a fluid role where responsibilities may vary, responsibilities grow and evolve along with the company and priorities change
Desire to learn and grow your human resources career and skillset
Prior experience in a rapid pace company – you must be organized and top of your inbox and juggling priorities!

You will mentor under the Director of People. You will work in Denver in office 2 days per week, work from home the other 3 days. $50,000 – $65,000 DOE
