As our Crocs and HEYDUDE brands grow, so does our team! They all need inspiring, collaborative workspaces to bring our footwear brands to life. We are looking for a Facilities Manager to prioritize, coordinate, and project manage a number of office upgrades, moves, and builds, as well as overseeing the Facilities and Employee Services Teams in their daily quest to provide our employees with a clean, safe, colorful “Come As You Are” working environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as Crocs’ representative on US-based facilities projects, collaborating closely with vendors and third-party project managers and Crocs team members
Communicate project status with Crocs leadership, escalating issues or delays appropriately and driving for solutions
Support, develop and implement creative facility management programs, including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements.
Supervise maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment with an eye for quality
Oversee environmental health and safety and ensure compliance
Assure security of the facilities
Respond to facility and equipment emergencies and critical failures to support team members
Provide prompt customer-first response to requests and issues from all team members
Education and Experience
Minimum of 5 years direct facility management experience
At least two years of experience leading others
Experience in project management and/or construction management
Provide oversight of electrical and mechanical HVAC systems/vendors
Working knowledge of procurement and service agreements
Sound knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
Solid computer and systems knowledge, SAP and Microsoft 365.
