job description : Adswerve’s Manager Financial Planning & Analysis is primarily responsible for the roll-up and consolidation of the Adswerve monthly forecast and annual budget! They will maintain and look to improve the planning process and workflows, as well as developing reporting packages that get presented to Senior Leadership! In addition, this role will initiate conversations with department leaders and senior management on individual department budgets and financial KPIs. This role will have supervisory responsibility over a team of financial analysts and will provide mentorship and guidance to them, and roll up under the VP, Finance.
*Responsibilities: *

Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts that include the following; Profit and loss (income statement), Balance Sheet and Cash Flow and Capital Expenditures
Prepare such budgets and forecasts in a timely and clear fashion, with risks and opportunities readily identified;
Standardize and consolidate forecast reporting packages, which include variance analysis;
Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast
Monitor and analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators, especially relating to financial metrics such as sales by product, expenditures, and profit margin. and identify causes for variances

Run the overall Revenue forecasting process including;

Product margins and performance 2) Customer margins and performance and 3) Business unit margins and performance
Participate in pricing discussions on sales of new and existing products and offerings and the impact to forecast and trends
Develop and review monthly budgets and forecasts for individual departments;
Ad-hoc business performance reporting
Oversee and manage one Sr. Financial Analyst and one Jr. Financial Analyst
Partner with departmental leaders to determine and support financial analysis needs,
Partner with the Business Intelligence and Business Operations team on internal tools and dashboards
Partner with the Accounting team to create and improve upon our reporting and analysis needs

Qualifications and experience:

Accounting or finance degree required; with Master’s degree preferred
FP&A experience gained within established businesses, ideally within the digital advertising and marketing analytics industry
Strong knowledge of planning and performance processes, including annual budget, monthly forecast and periodic business reviews;
Team orientated, a “can do” attitude and flexible approach
Independent/Self-starter with high attention to detail;

Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Knowledge of financial systems – NetSuite, Salesforce, UKG, a plus
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and modeling skills are required.

This position pays a base salary of $110K – 130K per year. This position is eligible for a quarterly individual bonus based on performance and a year-end company bonus.
