Patient Care Coordinator –
Are you looking to grow or take your career to the next level, if so, Advanced Orthodontics is seeking an outstanding assistant to join our team.We are seeking an exceptional team member for our orthodontic practice(s) in Bellevue, Burien, Kent and Everett locations. We focus on professional and expert communication while having fun and caring for our patients. We are an innovative multiple doctor Orthodontics Group, seeking a motivated individual who wants to pursue opportunities for growth and development. We are dedicated to delivering the highest level of Orthodontic Care with cutting edge technologies in an engaging, dynamic, rewarding and challenging environment. Applicants must possess the drive to provide compassionate and uncompromising patient care. Strong and effective communication skills are important. Requirements for Applicant:

Greeting and checking in of patients
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Answering phones and managing multiple lines
Confidence to ask for and accept necessary payments
Being able to verify insurance benefits
1+ year orthodontic or dental experience is preferred but not necessary.
Team player
Effective communication
Efficient work protocols
Attitude to always be willing to learn and grow
Understanding of dental software and technology
Caring chairside manner
Ability to take necessary patient records: intraoral scans, x-rays and photos
Understanding of sterilization protocols
