Placement Coordinator:
Interested in other cultures? We are a growing, family orientated cultural exchange agency looking to expand to meet our growth. A successful candidate would be someone who is a quick learner with strong customer service skills and possesses exemplary communication skills. The ideal candidate will be a solution-orientated problem solver who is committed to helping our host families have a wonderful program experience.
*Ideal candidate has experience with other cultures as a former participant of an exchange or study abroad program and/or experience studying or working with other cultures*
What we are looking for:
Excellent phone manner and customer service
Enjoys working as part of a team and works well with various personalities
Self-starter with superb time management
Multi-taking is vital in this position
In-home office set up with computer and reliable internet connection
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Ability to manage high volumes of phone calls and emails on a daily basis
Prior knowledge of working with CRM systems and LiveChat systems
This is a work at home, part-time position, approximately 25 hours/per week
Required shift hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM MT. There is a mandatory staff meeting on Mondays at 12:00 PM Mountain time and team meeting on Wednesdays at 12:00 PM.

Job Type: Part-time
Required education: High school or equivalent; Strong preference to candidates who have done a study abroad/exchange program previously
Preference to applicants who live in Colorado or Arizona.
