Full Job Description :-
Fish Processor
Reports to Factory Foreman
Bleed, head and gut fish
Properly pan product to market specifications
Load and unload product from freezers
Bag and stow product in freezer hold
Participate in keeping factory clean and sanitized
Participate in offload and backload of product, bait, fiber, food and supplies
Participate in monthly safety drills : Man overboard, fire, flooding, abandon ship
Able to work long hours in harsh conditions
