Full Job Description :-
The IT School Support position provides Information Technology (IT) support to all faculty, staff, and students at Denver College of Nursing. This position reports to the Director of Business Operations.
Responsibilities
Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, and electronically;
diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues;
research questions using available information resources;
advise user on appropriate action;
maintain standard Request for Assistance (RFA) procedures;
log all (RFA) interactions and document resolutions;
redirect problems to appropriate resource (i.e., corporate IT department) as needed;
identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention;
prepare activity reports;
stay current with system information, changes, and updates;
update/maintain student e-mails, CampusVue, BlackBoard and student info as needed;
assist with facility and security operations;
manage and maintain computer lab and mobile labs;
manage and maintain Simulation Laboratory equipment;
other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, a team player with detail orientation and good communication skills. Must be able to maintain excellent customer service and represent the institution in a professional manner to all employees, students, and vendors.
Classification
The IT School Support position is a non-exempt full-time position. Work hours may vary daily; evening and weekend hours may be required.
Physical and Mental Requirements
The IT School Support must be able to use a personal computer and other office equipment and be able to work in an environment that can be fast-paced and stressful at times. This position requires physical mobility throughout the facility and may require the ability to lift and maneuver equipment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32.55 – $35.27 per hour
