Full Job Description :-
The hiring range for this position is $28.50/hr to $40.48/hr.
Start a career with the Eagle County Sheriff’s Office! The Eagle County Sheriff’s Office offers great pay, benefits and schedule while working in a team-oriented environment focused on the same mission and vision.
The Detention Deputy performs important work in the safekeeping of prisoners in the custody of the Sheriff at the county detention facility and protects the well-being of prisoners, overseeing them in their quarters and during transport.
Great schedule & benefits! Work 7 day’s/nights in a 14 day pay cycle with 3 month rotations. Each shift is 12 hours. In addition to the great benefits Eagle County offers, benefits include free shift meals and ability to earn a free ski pass.
Salary Information: The maximum of the pay range is $40.48/hr. A hire rate over the hiring range may be considered based on candidate’s qualifications and experience. Entry level pay is $28.50/hr with advancement to $30.50/hr following successful completion of the Field Training Program.
