Pay Range: $25.48 – $30.53 an hour, based on experience Full Range: $25.48 – $33.06 Classification: Full-time, Non-Exempt Application Close Date: March 25, 2021, subject to change at the discretion of First Western’s Talent Management team
Job Responsibilities:

Review and help maintain market investment accounts
Support PM, as directed, on various portfolio tasks
Engage with clients to ensure requests are completed in a timely manner
Interact with Operations on all account maintenance activities
Support other PCs as needed
Prepare presentations for client and prospect meetings
Focus on attaining respective system proficiency
Attain professional credential, as agreed to with Portfolio Manager
Embrace and adhere to First Western’s Core Values
Know and comply with all Company policies set forth on the Company’s Intranet;
Review Associate Handbook and Company Policies annually, as prescribed by Human Capital;
Complete and Comply with the Companies Code of Ethics and Conflict of Interest Questionnaire and Policy Acknowledgement;
Complete all assigned training on time.

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree – Required
3-5 years relevant experience – Preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
High initiative and follow-through
Ability to work independently and with a team
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Able to organization, prioritize and multi-task
Support Portfolio Manager, PC and clients as needed
