Duties & Qualifications:
The Program Coordinator opening is a full-time opportunity that is based in Redmond, WA. The Program Coordinator will perform the duties as outlined below in a manner that will support the Team mission of enabling business by protecting critical assets and managing risk with a diverse, innovative, partner-oriented team.
Roles and responsibilities:
§ Manage end-to-end project deliverables in support of the security operations
§ Can work as an integrated member of a cross functional team
§ Identify a need for and assist with development of directives to support client’s assets
§ Display willingness to challenge status quo; innovate and introduce new ideas aligned to the client’s culture
§ Apply understanding of differences in standards and culture
§ Display emotional intelligence
§ Effectively communicate at all levels of the organization both verbally and in writing
§ Create and maintain overall group Rhythm of Business
§ Familiar with concepts of branding and communications
§ Coordinate, facilitate and participate in team meetings as required
§ Ability to influence expectations and diminish conflict at all levels
§ Ability to effectively collaborate with other Security Teams
§ Assist in the development of long-term security strategies for client’s security services
§ Use metrics to provide meaningful reporting to Senior Management in a timely and effective manner
§ Build relationships with staff and business leaders
§ Technical and non-technical project coordination
§ Strategic sourcing, vendor compliance, and management
§ Ability to travel 10%
§ Maintain a valid passport and the ability to travel locally, nationally and internationally
§ Assist with business continuity and emergency management related to security services
Job Requirements:
§ Bachelor’s degree in program management, business administration, international affairs, or marketing (or) an equivalent combination of work and education
§ Experience managing multiple projects of varying sizes and compositions
§ Experience with driving initiatives derived from Strategic and Operational planning
§ Team oriented
§ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
§ Strong Emotional Intelligence Skills
§ Be comfortable in a dynamic working environment
§ Must be detail-oriented, accurate and reliable
§ Be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & OneNote)
§ Successful candidate will need to meet Client’s screening requirement. This position will be required to pass Client’s background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
