Currently, we own 6 locations in Mid Missouri and 1 location in Colorado with multiple locations opening this year in the Denver market. We provide a spa experience that supports and encourages health, wellbeing and quality of life. We are looking for a goal-oriented motivator who is enthusiastic about overseeing multiple locations and is a driven individual who is member base focused and is able to lead a strong team of service and sales professionals to achieve their career goals. We are looking for someone who is committed to focusing on and excelling in the following district manager duties.
· Building client loyalty by assisting in their needs, listening and asking questions.· Learning and understanding all Spa services and product lines.· Selling appropriate services by utilizing your knowledge to give advice.· Signing clients on as members by providing them with the program that suits their needs and that is the best value for them.· Hiring, training, scheduling, and communicating effectively with all employees.· Handling administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, schedules, inventory, and reporting.· Developing strategies to raise client membership expand Spa traffic, and optimize profitability.· Upholding MassageLuXe standards of safety, cleanliness, facility repair, and equipment functionally.· Conducting personnel performance appraisals to assist training needs and build career paths.· Assisting is sales and scheduling appointments.· Motivating, educating and encouraging staff to reach all goals daily, weekly and monthly.· Maintaining a positive, upbeat, welcoming atmosphere in your Spa for both clients and employees.

· Planning/Organizing – Use time efficiently; Set goals and objectives; Follow and complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists; Delegate and verify all tasks have been completed adequately; Develop performance improvements plans to aid in achieving Spa goals. Follow through on commitments.
· Professionalism – Approach others in a respectful manner; React well under pressure; Treat others with respect and consideration; Accept responsibility for own actions; Monitor own work and delegate duties to ensure quality.
· Sales experience is a MUST· Previous management experience require.
