Full Job Description :-
As the VP of Customer Success, you will have responsibility for leading a team of over 65 professionals that focus on making Ping’s top customers wildly successful. You will have extraordinary customer management and business consultancy experience and will improve customer happiness, adoption and retention. You will be comfortable consulting and working with C-level executives focused on their goals. You will report to the SVP of Customer Care.

You Will:

Lead a team of customer engagement and solution specialists focused on building and delivering strategic insights and capabilities to Ping’s largest customers.
Build upon a motivated team passionate about making every top customer successful. Responsible for the customer success of 65 strategic customers, ~750 solution customers, and > $300M of ARR.
Develop product expertise/advisory methodology across Ping products focused on achieving customer success through onboarding, adoption, value capture, and expansion programs.
Lead change management with the existing customer success team to shift to a strategic advisory paradigm – evolve people, capabilities, operations, and customer engagement.
Be a customer advocate, providing feedback to sales, marketing, engineering, and product organizations.
Establish and implement coverage, engagement models, and service levels across different customers from Mid-Enterprise to Fortune 50.
Measure the effectiveness of Customer Success by defining and measuring operational metrics for the team. Build operational effectiveness around goal setting and measurements that lead to team success.
Evolve the customer engagement strategy.
You Have:

10+ years of leading Customer Success or Services in a product company that provides SaaS solutions
Experience building and expanding a Customer Success organization in a company generating over $300M in revenue.
Collaborative and experienced in working in a matrix environment
Inspire to action and sell a vision
Creative with a focus on possibilities and not obstacles
Record of hiring and leading extraordinary people
Experience navigating change and defining and optimizing processes
Comfortable collaborating between creative, product, and technical customer and other teams

Salary Range: $190,000 – $200,000 Salary + Commission
