Job Description:
Needed, full-time permanent position for an entry/mid-level real estate research analyst at our office in Englewood.
The job is a commercial real estate research analyst; this position offers the opportunity to analyze financial data and discover opportunities that may exist for our clients. This will be done not only through detailed analysis of our client’s properties but also through researching the web for market data.
The job requires being detail oriented, organized and numbers oriented. The position offers the opportunity to interact with the highest levels of management within our clients and other small, medium, and large corporations. Professionalism is a key requirement for this opportunity.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently, stay organized and keep deadlines. Experience within the commercial real estate market is preferred but not necessary.
The hours are 8:30am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
