Full Job Description :-
Desktop Technician Associate
This is a full-time (40 hrs/wk), hourly position on University of Colorado Hospital’s Desktop Support team based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This is a 100% on-site position. You must be available/willing to work all shifts including days/evenings/nights/weekends. Provides tier 1 operational support for desktop computing devices through repair, replacement, consultation and monitoring.

Job Duties

Responds to basic support requests in tracking system. Interviews customer to determine nature and scope of the customer’s issue, and the appropriate response.
Diagnoses, resolves and closes basic desktop computing issues according to service level guidelines.
Promptly escalates issues to higher level technical support or management when necessary.
Documents and reports basic customer inquiries regarding new/different functionality.
Provides basic end-user desktop computing training.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
1 year relevant experience

Preferred

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
Desktop Support experience in a large-scale environment

The pay range for this position is: $20.15 – $30.22 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant’s relevant experience.
An annual bonus may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational and individual performance.
