job description : We are looking for an upbeat, friendly, outgoing Front Desk Receptionist to act as the central control hub for the Practice. The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for providing an extraordinary and memorable experience for each patient’s visit and for maintaining patient flow, answering phones promptly and courteously, maintaining schedules and keeping track of daily practice financials. All candidates should have Monday through Friday availability and be able to commute to Lone Tree.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Provide excellent customer service
Greet patients
Answer phones
Verify current personal and financial information; update information accordingly
Schedule appointments
Answer patient questions
Collect and log patient payments
Deliver excellent service and support to patients and providers
Ensure rooms, supply closets and patient facing areas are clean, stocked and organized
Maintain Physician appointment schedule
Help with recurring licensing/credentialing needs
Special projects as needed
Consistent and reliable attendance
Perform any other duties assigned

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education:

High School Diploma Required

Experience:

Medical Office front desk with high call volume experience required
Plastic Surgery, Dermatology or MedSpa experience is a plus
Positive and enthusiastic about work and the opportunity to help provide physician with a terrific level of service
Willing to learn and open to new approaches to doing familiar tasks
Professional attitude to your work, including your personal manner, dress and timekeeping
Excellent communication skills

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
