Charles Schwab Relationship Solutions Group defines the representative experience and oversees the management of Schwab’s electronic channels and internal platforms used by Schwab service representatives and financial consultants. The group is responsible for providing tools, solutions and experiences that enable clients to achieve their financial objectives, while supporting the strategic growth of the firm. The group supports all of Schwab’s business enterprises and works with a wide range of internal stakeholders including technology, sales and service, strategy and marketing.
The Digital Rep Solutions organization is responsible for supporting and designing client facing rep platforms to drive efficiency through innovation, problem solving, solution design, UX design, and prototyping. Our mission is to deliver an exceptional representative experience and enable the ability to establish, grow and solidify relationships with our clients. The scope of our work includes maintenance to user support for Service Desktop user. This includes coordinating with NSD and productions support to mitigate known product issues and escalate incidents. Also, responsible to coordinating with New Hire training to establish access and provide onboarding and ongoing user support. Assists with support cases and works closely with product owners for quick resolution. Looks for patterns in support cases for opportunities to make the user experience more intuitive.
What you are good at
An eagerness to learn, curiosity and courage to investigate and gather information. The ability to speak to technical and non-technical partners. A background in providing production support for live applications. Highly disciplined, self-motivated, analytical work style, combined with the ability to coordinate and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

BA/BS or higher degree, preferably with or 3+ years of relevant professional experience in financial services.
3 + years of experience providing production support to diverse users.
Must have strong project and product management skills, ability to juggle multiple priorities, excellent analytical skills, be very detail oriented and self-directed.
Must have excellent communication skills and ability to create strong relationships with people at all levels of the technology and business organizations.
Excellent customer service, oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to interact with vendors and co-workers.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate policies, practices and procedures to external and internal customers.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

What you have

3+ years experience delivering projects in a business systems analyst, subject matter expert (SME), product owner or related role.
3+ years experience with Software development lifecycle and methodologies. Working knowledge of Agile and JIRA.
Schwab systems experience required
Production Support experience a plus.
