Spa and Pool Reception, Full Time Regular

The Spa Receptionist is responsible for the experience at the Front Desk of the Spa and ensuring our guests have a smooth arrival, treatment, and departure experience. They will also be responsible for managing the entrance at the pool by greeting guests, assigning them to seats, managing the wait list and clearing seats when guest depart. This position will respond to all guest needs either in person or via phone. They must be able to assist with assessing the guest needs and requests and add personal recommendations where appropriate. They will use the Point of Sales System to accurately charge the guest for services and items. This position will also recommend retail products to guests.

Spa and Pool Reception skills and qualifications needed: College education or equivalent experience, Luxury spa experience preferred, strong guest service experience, ability to work well and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment, and requires knowledge of the ability to operate computer equipment.

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, weekends, and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
