SUMMARYAre you detail-oriented with a strong work ethic looking for a rewarding position in a fast-paced environment? If so, this is the role for you! The Titles Agent will provide support services to clients regarding vehicle title transactions. You’ll be responsible for data entry and auditing of titles for vehicle loans. Job seekers should be driven, motivated, and have great attention to detail with a strong work ethic. We offer a training program that will set you up for success including prepared checklists and shadowing with other successful Titles Agents and Admins. We encourage everyone to ask questions and then offer solutions. There is also great potential for growth at AUTOPAY.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include achieving positive results in the following key areas:

Understand and demonstrate the principles of AUTOPAY’s Mission, Vision, and Values
Review of incoming documents and entry of updates to the system
Complete title applications and related documents required for DMV processing
Prepare correspondence and other records to fulfill the title process
Work alongside a variety of internal and external professionals and customers providing superior customer service
Maintain notes and records within the system
Additional tasks or special projects as requested by management

QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: One (1) year of experience in motor vehicle titles and/or banking/finance company environment preferred. Must be dependable and detailed-oriented.
Language/Communication/Interpersonal: Ability to speak read and write fluent English. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the company. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and objectively coach associates and management through complex issues. Excellent presentation skills. Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus.
Analytical: Detail-oriented with the ability to organize, prioritize and work independently. Strong reasoning and critical thinking skills.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.
Technical: Intermediate level with Microsoft Office.
Other: High level of personal motivation, professionalism, and integrity required. Ability to exercise discretion and judgment.
